URGENT NOTICE!

We have changed our phone number for pay by phone. The new number is 877.876.1059. You will not get an automated menu, you will actually speak with a human. Our payment link should also take you to a new page. We are no longer with paystar. The new payment company is The Payment Group or Nuvei.

WE WILL BE DOING CUTOFFS FOR NONPAYMENT NEXT WEEK. IF YOU HAVE A BALANCE, MAKE SURE IT HAS BEEN PAID BEFORE TUESDAY. WE ARE GIVING OUR BANK DRAFT CUSTOMERS ONE MORE MONTH TO PAY, BUT LATE FEES WILL BE INCLUDED. PAYMENTS MADE AFTER 8 AM ON TUESDAY WILL HAVE TO PAY THE $60 RECONNECT FEE PLUS TOTAL BALANCE ON ACCOUNT.

At the time of this message, the phones are still down, we can view that there are voicemails, just cannot return calls. AT&T says it is a nationwide outage due to a certificate issue. We are working to find another way to make and receive calls at this time. Please be patient with us, when we have phones up and running again, there will be many calls to return and they will be returned in the order they were received.

We are having phone issues today. It is an issue with AT&T. We can get the voicemail, we just cannot answer or return calls until they fix the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and hope they fix it quickly. In the meantime, if you have a matter that is  urgent, please send an email and we will respond as soon as possible.
