**Notice for past due accounts only**
If you have a past due balance greater than $75 (from bills due 2/10/26) we will be doing cutoffs tomorrow 2/26/26
This only applies to balances greater than $75, that were due 2/10/26. Any meters that are locked off will have to pay the entire balance due on the account, plus the $60 reconnect fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! Now that we have verified that all meters are reading as they should, we will resume the strict cutoff policy. In March, any meters with a balance past due, regardless of amount, will be locked for nonpayment, and incur the reconnect fee. If anyone has not received their bill by the 1st of the month, it is your responsibility to call to get your balance. Partial payments on accounts will not prevent disconnect, claiming no bill received will not prevent disconnect.
