CALLS BEING RETURNED

We have had so many members reach out regarding the balance on their bill. We are returning callls as fast as we can in order of urgency, then by the order they were received. The bill questions coming in are keeping the office line tied up. If you call during business hours, you may not get an answer due to one person in the office and the phone being tied up from all the calls. If you do not get a return call within a day or two, please call back and leave a message. Leaks or water pressure issues can be sent to the emergency number. Billpay by phone will only be allowed if you call the billpay number (318)249-8263. We appreciate your patience as we complete this project, and look forward to serving out members.
